mild nsfw (please provide proof you are 18+)I will not draw:
hardcore nsfw | anything relating to hate speech | problematic content | elderly | stolen characters

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service stated below:Payment:
I only accept payment through PayPal! If you are not comfortable with paying before the art is started, I will send you a watermarked sketch for approval before you pay.
Asking for a rush in schedule/tight schedule subjects the payment to an additional 20% fee.Copyright and Usage:
Any commissioned art CANNOT be used for reselling or commercial use. (This includes any links with NFTs.) Commissions are for personal use only.
Please credit me if you post any commissioned art on social media.
I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork (including posting any commissioned works on social media/ using them in commission sheets)
You can use and alter the commission is the following ways:
Cropping: for avatar, icon, website use. (w/ proper credit.)
•Print it for yourself and display it in any way you wish to.
•You may feature it in videos (e.g. use as thumbnail or background), as long as
there is proper artist credit.
•However, you are not allowed to:
Redistribute or general profit out of the artwork.
•Recolor or paint over.
•Remove of my watermark/signature.Refund Policy:
I do not accept any refunds once I have started working on the commission.
If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, I will provide a 100% refund.Additional Charges:
Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character design - e.g. armour, props, accessories, tattoos, animalsDeadlines:
Commissions will take up to 1-8 weeks to complete. (may take longer due to school but that would be a rare notice)Client Obligations
Respond clearly and timely when asked for feedback.
Assume responsibility for failing to provide the required information at the appropriate time during the commissioning process.
Always credit and link back to the artist whenever you post it online.
Pay for the transaction fee included in the payment (6,6%).Artist Terms
The Artist is allowed to display the commission and post it online, sell prints, profit out of the artwork or attach them to their portfolio. (Unless client asks otherwise.)Adopts & Custom designs:
Adopts/ designs can be regifted or resold for its initial price + value added through additional art that you have bought/created.
Feel free to make any edits to my designs as long as you credit it properly. (e.g. original design by (my user), edits by (you))
